SENSEi is designed to function with minimal personal data. Depending on the configuration, the app may collect Local Settings and Preferences: stored on the device to tailor the experience.

We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly stated and authorized by the user.

All data generated by the app (including sensor recordings or user preferences) is stored locally on the device unless explicitly exported by the user. We do not automatically transmit any data to external servers or third parties.

4. Children’s Privacy

SENSEi is often used in educational and therapeutic settings with children. The app is compliant with child protection regulations (e.g., COPPA, GDPR-K), and:

• Does not require login or registration,

• Does not collect personal information,

• Allows all data to be managed by supervising adults (teachers, therapists).

5. Permissions Used

The app may request the following permissions:

• WiFi – for connecting to the SENSEi system

• Storage Access – to save settings

These permissions are used strictly for the intended functionality and are not exploited for background data collection.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent user data to third parties. Any data export must be initiated manually by the user and is under their full control.

We take reasonable technical measures to ensure that any locally stored data is secure. Users are responsible for managing device-level protections (e.g., screen lock, encryption).
